Ten dogs have been dropped from the race to find the UK’s favourite dog breed – and it’s time to vote again to ensure your choice stays in the list.
Competition for the top spot has been fierce with more than 2,000 votes cast from across the country so far.
Every Friday morning, the 10 least popular breeds are dropped from the competition so make sure you don’t miss your chance to keep your favourite in the running.
Those eliminated on Friday were Basset Fauve De Bretagne, Welsh Springers, Havanese, Poochon, Irish Setter, Maltipom, St Bernard, Irish Wolfhound, Pekingese and Afghan Hounds.
A further 10 are now in the ‘dog house’ section of the leaderboard and risk being relegated later this week.
You can vote for whichever breed you like the most at our sister site Team Dogs.
Don’t worry if you’ve already taken part – from today you will be able to register a second vote.

Our readers have had a lot to say in support of their favourite breeds.
Patricia Gartland Sherlock shared her appreciation of Boxers on Facebook : “They are the best breed of dog you can have. Our Mac was 12 when he died, he was gorgeous, loyal, so good tempered and loved my 4 grandkids. Nothing ever fazed him. Miss him 7 years down the line.”
Howard Thomas said: “Border Collie for me. Had about 12 in all at various times. So intelligent and loyal but need lots of exercise.”
And Deborah Starman Ankers added: “German Shepherd has to take the top spot. The best dogs ever.”
